i nead help to make 4 mhz Oscillator but i nead it to drive 2 (60 amps igbt) without GDT

same here, 4 Mhz (or mhz?) you need rf mosfet for the job, for the rest a royer oscillator might bring you there (I try with normal mosfet and never could go above 1 Mhz but it's also a problem to start the oscillation.

Well, you're not going to get those kinds of frequencies with anything except RF FETs, unless you Class-E it.

A gate driver in TO-220 (TC4452) on a heatsink should do the job, or more of them in parallel. You can also try a "totem pole" of NPN and PNP fast bipolar transistors which can swith half an amp or so, driving a half bridge of small, low gate charge P and N FETs.

IRF510 are cheap and will work to about 20 MHz
for more power you will need proper rf fets and good design/layout.
Unless you have experience at this power/frequency level you should consider a commercial/ready made rf PA.
There are lots of 27 MHz high power PAs on eBay for example. (CB 'burners')

what is the part number of the power mosfet like IRF510 (Same frequancy 20 MHZ) in IRFP*** or any power mosfet
