hey,
i figure that at the most, the mosfets in the zvs driver would only dissippate around 20watts each. -
power=I2R - 15x15x0.1 = 22.5 watts
and a mosfet such as the irf640n, has a power dissippation rating for over 100 watts. the only problem with this critter is that the RDS(on) is a lil too high to be very efficient...
what mosfets do you think would be a good choice for the zvs driver? ideally ones that are cheaper than the irfp series mosfets. and that work well etc...

The dissipation rating is for the transistor clamped to a *very* good (e.g. water-cooled) heatsink so that the heatsink remains at 25C and the junction is at 150C. IXYS makes FETs with super-low R_ds,on's.
