Hello, today I write because I need to build a variable source for a ZVS flyback driver. It must deliver a variable voltage between 12 and 50 volts and 12 amps. How is the scheme to build it? Sorry for my bad English. Thanks!

Well unless you plan on buying a large variac your options are:
A linear power supply, very easy to make but wastes lots of power as heat. (You'd need a huge heatsink, and a 50V 12A transformer such as a rewound MOT).
A buck or flyback converter that runs directly off the mains power. Tricky to make, but the best option.
Car batteries.
