I connected the circuit to an oscilloscope using a 2 turn winding around the core. why does the resonant frequency increase when the flyback is under load?

Because the load deacreses the inductance on the primary.

Because the load decreases the inductance on the primary.

Also, wouldn't it make the tank cap recharge not as fast due to load? I.E. increased frequency?
