I bought this weird vacuum tube.I think it looks interesting and it is at a low price. But I cannot find its datasheet and I don't know how to identify its lead.
this is the only information I found
Can I use it to build a VTTC?

You could use it to build a VTTC but it'd probably be better to use that for something else. It's kinda a waste of time to set up the water cooling and forced air it needs for proper operation. There are tubes that can dissipate 1kW with only forced air cooling. The coaxial tube looks like it's for some radar things because its maximum freq is 2GHz which is pretty impressive for that power level.
