The aforementioned have contributed financially to the continuing triumph of 4hv.org. They are deserving of my most heartfelt thanks.
What circuit, other than the royer, please, to create a good, high power oscillator, with a frequency between 200 khz and 1 mhz? The one problem I've whined about before, is that all of these oscillators alot of the time don't have any values, or high power, or either. I would prefer to use a MOSFET or IGBT in any of these oscillators, but a transistor would work too. Vacuum tubes...Are sort of out of the question, as I do not own any tubes, suitable for the application I'm trying to make. I'm experimenting with different oscillators to see which is the best in terms of component count, and efficiency.

Gate driver driving a full-bridge inverter. Somewhat complicated, but well worth the work. Flexible, stable, VERY high powers, gets you any frequency your semiconductors can handle. $20 of IGBTs, $5 of IC's, and a couple dollars for a few small components will get you an inverter that can do 3KW+.

Anything over 50khz and you should not use an IGBT. The switching losses get too high and they will overheat. Use a mosfet at this point. I may be off on the cutoff point, but for 200khz a mosfet is the way to go.

An induction heater uses induced currents to heat something up, or changing electromagnetic fields, not electromagnetic radiation. This section is for Lasers and Radios and such. This thread would get more attention in the General Science and Electronics section.
A gate drive circuit is just a circuit that sends a square wave into a GDT (gate drive transformer) that then controls the turn on of the half or full bridge. Uzzor has a general circuit here Note that he uses totem poles to drive the GDT. This works fine but a lot of people including myself prefer the UCC27322 or similar driver.
