I was given this magnetron a while back and could not find any information online about it, so im wondering if anyone here will recognise it and be able to tell me any specs of it. It is obviously quite an old piece and it was told it was pulled out of a naval radar system but cant be sure of that, it was in naval stores for many years before being disposed. I know little about magnetrons but always wanted to do some microwave experiments and may read up on it in future.
It says on it: DNT P/N 21242 Microwave Associates MA-2807 Made in U.S.A.
Here are some pictures:

I'd say it was a grounded anode cavity resonator magnetron, which would have been excited by negative-going pulses on the cathode.
The cavity size would have been tunable over a narrow range by means of the screwdriver slot in the end of the tuning rod.
I'd expect this little device to have a peak output power distinctly less than 1kW, with an average power of a few hundred milliwatts.
