I'm currently building my first TC but I don't know the output voltage of the FBT. The FBT is driven by Mazilli's ZVS driver but how can I estimate its output voltage? I need to do this because I have to decide the voltage rating for the MMC. Are there any way that I can estimate the voltage? Or are there any way that I can choose the right rating for the MMC without measuring the voltage?

You can measure the output voltage after you assemble the power supply. A simple way is to measure the spark length between two spheres and calculate the corresponding voltage from the measurement. This program can do the calculation:
A more precise (and dangerous) way is to assemble a well insulated string of, 20 10 Mohm resistors, connect a current meter in series, connect it to the output and measure the current. 20 kV gives 100 uA.
