any body take a gander at this film ? with a dielectric constant of 15 it should really rock for home built capacitors.

Also sounds expensive...possibly more so than professional pulse caps. And you'll still have issues with the corona eating the dielectric.

Dielectric constant isn't everything. Water is a lot better on that score- but it isn't used very often (because it leaks- in both senses). Liquid hydrogen cyanide is even better- but even worse.
