Yeah, they resemble the ones I am already using, but as I said: I am getting lazy: Soldering those 16 diodes takes time! I found these in the meanwhile: and these: These are the only ones I could find, that actually state the reverse recovery time: 150nS.
Only twice as slow as the other ones. 150µS, that's 3 percent of a halfwave @ 100kHz. I guess that will have to do for now, unless someone pops up with something better. I don't understand the test conditions, though: Note: Reverse Recovery Test Conditions: IF = 0.5A, IR = 1.0A, IRR = 0.25A.
If this means it takes 0.25A to slam them shut, then it is not good!
