I need to rectify 4 instances of 200mA, 37V @96kHz, and I am getting lazy!

Anyone know of a bridge rectifier, preferably surface mount, capable of recovery at this frequency?

Cheers, Finn Hammer

Can't you just use 4 ultra fasts in a bridge? They do make SMT ultrafasts. I used these ones before and they are great. Link2

Yeah, they resemble the ones I am already using, but as I said: I am getting lazy: Soldering those 16 diodes takes time!
I found these in the meanwhile: Link2 and these: Link2
These are the only ones I could find, that actually state the reverse recovery time: 150nS.

Only twice as slow as the other ones. 150µS, that's 3 percent of a halfwave @ 100kHz. I guess that will have to do for now, unless someone pops up with something better. wink
I don't understand the test conditions, though:
Note: Reverse Recovery Test Conditions: IF = 0.5A, IR = 1.0A, IRR = 0.25A.

If this means it takes 0.25A to slam them shut, then it is not good!

And over 2000 in stock, so factory lead times are not really relevant unless Finn needs over 2000 of them.
