I did a Google for you, but the item you link to seems to be an idea rather than a product. Diamond is a superb thermal conductor (much better than copper) so it should be very easy to heat any diamond blade held in a metal clamp/handle by simply heating the clamp/handle. Can't help beyond that. I've always wanted a diamond scalpel, but I wonder if in practice it's edge is very brittle making it only suitable for soft materials, like ceramic knives.
