A few guys in the IRC and I where talking about this Wiki article GluD found.
In it, it states the following:
It is with such a battery that an average electric ray may electrocute larger prey with a current of up to 30 Amperes and a voltage of 50 to 200 Volts, a similar effect to dropping a mains powered hair dryer into a bathtub.

That would be instantaneous power, right? It seems like sites usually mention the max pulse (and find the power at that time) but not how long it lasts...
