Voltage multiplier's voltage is bigger than the voltage of the capacitors of the multiplier.Is it OK?

It depends on the configuration of the multiplier. If you are making a multiplier like this then the max voltage any cap will see is 2x the input voltage. The first cap will only see 1x the input voltage though.
