ok, I have lived with this issue for a while now, and am hoping to fix it as I have had a few griefs from some of my users about not being able to refresh and stay on the same page and I cannot get a security verification from web security sites (like siteadvisor). so here is my situation: I have a domain name from GoDaddy.com, and I run apache on my home computer, but I have a dynamic IP address, and my parents changed their minds about me getting a static address. So I have been using No-ip.com to reroute to my computer, with the IP updated by a client, problem is that the domain name merely "masks" the no-ip name (which you can see when you highlight a link), and because most browsers refresh what is in the URL bar, it returns to the home page (my users' grief, and an issue for my links and security verification from web security sites). I have wanted to fix this solution, but not spend any more money on it (all I spent was the money for the domain name for four years)... does anyone know how I can fix this? e.g. the URL bar displays the full address, and it does not merely mask the no-ip.com name?
EDIT: I fixed this issue, I found a free dynamic update service that also allows me to link my name servers and my email servers with my domain that does not charge! (called zone edit)
