Hi all I started to build Full-bridge Pll AM SSTC First make PCB Thet Put all parts together Next week, i make full-bridge circuit, and then sparks :) PLL driver not working, i use 74HC4046 PLL, is it same as CD4046 ?

Don't rub your wool socks on the carpet. Seriously, I can't recall having a single ESD death in the last 3 years, are you sure that's the problem? Use a grounded wrist-strap and sit in one place while working with sensitive chips, that should eliminate most problems with static.

74HC4046 is very sensitive, current transformer can "feel" my hand I am thinking about interrupter with overcurrent protection, is it nesesere in SSTC ? Because i very frequently kill mosfet's Using this driver with my tesla coil secundary and primary connected to this bord, it's generate ~2cm spark, so with 311V will be 25 greiter
