Right now it looks like the site is having some problems (it loaded about 1/2 way, then noted some technical difficulties), but what exactly are you trying to do?
You might be able to find an open proxy to stream it over, but short of like setting up an icecast server to stream it from a computer in the US (quite illgeal BTW) I think you are stuck...
