Hello, I am pretty experienced with the art of electronics, high voltage, etc, but I need someone to explain to me exactly what a H-Bridge and F-bridge is. I know it acts just like a mosfet, but how are they driven? Could someone please post an explanation/schematic so that i can understand this better?

Half bridges and full bridges are both classified as H-Bridges. The H isn't an abbreviation, but rather, a reference to the way the circuit looks when put together.
An H bridge arranges four switches (usually mosfets or igbts) so that a dc supply voltage can be applied across a load in either direction. If you're interested in using it with high voltage, then you probably want to use it as an inverter to drive something that requires HF AC.
Each switch must be driven in proper phase so as to pass current through the load, yet each drive supply has to be isolated from everything else. We most often use Gate Drive Transformers.

EDIT: *A full bridge uses 4 switches, a half bridge uses 2 in a similar fashion
