I'm looking to get an old, AC flyback transformer for use in a plasma speaker. I am also looking to get a random assortment of cores just as a stockpile but cores suitable to make a flyback transformer would be preferable.
I've got a bit of cash but I don't have much for trade, just a few 450V 2.35mF computer grades. and I'm in Australia

Hey i'm in Aus too. I have 3 AC flyback cores and 1 AC flyback. as for random cores i have a ferrite MOT core from an inverter MO and i think some ferrite E I's from power supply xformers. Id be happy to let you have them for the postage, which wouldn't be much. If interested let me know and ill find out tomorrow. ( I don't need them because i'm using DC flybacks at the moment and these are just space fillers on my desk.)
