I'm in the process of cleaning up my workshop and came across some interesting old items.
The first is an old, all gold plated transistor. It's bigger than a TO-5 and smaller than a TO-3 (see side by side with a TO-5). Anyone have a spec sheet??
The second is a TO-3 sized power OP amp, with gold plated base.
The third item is a Vishay precision resistor. Check the tolerance!!

How did you do that Grenadier?

I know a way to get metal inside a working lightbulb
while the lamp is lit. And the lamp isn't destroyed.

Can you think how?
