Hi all. As I am again short of cash, if anyone in the Uk or EU wants one of these to play with (have blue/green and white as well as two dielectric) let me know. Asking £8 inc p&p or equivalent trade (adjusted for overall postage cost) and it appears that the EL material can be diluted down somewhat carefully to cover a large area at reduced brightness.
Also have samples of various elements including:- tantalum, titanium, bismuth, indium, tin, lead, zinc, gold pogo pins etc as well as some barium carbonate for homemaking dielectrics etc. Make offer on any of these.
Have some small quantities of PCB developer and ampersulf etchant to sell or trade, will send these as per regulations (i.e. labelled and triple wrapped in sample containers) and epoxy tubes.
Also have a surplus 120GB 1.8" LIF hard disk which has 32K bad sectors from new but worked fine in my AA1 up unti s few days ago when I hosed my system but checks out fine on the nuker program to 100%. Asking £30 but these are really expensive new. fix an ipod video maybe? i have a dead ipod video too...
