It's not clear what you are asking for. Is it possible that you are not using JAVATC correctly?
JAVATC will let you define your primary geometry as a cylinder (solenoid) or as a flat spiral, or anything in between. Just input the radii and the height of the top and bottom of the primary, and you can create any geometry you want. JAVATC even generates an illustration of the primary and secondary coils, correctly proportioned.

Pretty simple ......... Radius 1 (LV end) is the radius of the inner turn of a flat spiral primary, or the radius of the lowest turn of a cylindrical primary.
Radius 2 is the radius of the outer turn of a flat spiral primary, or the radius of the highest turn of a cylindrical primary.
Height 1 (LV end) is the height (above the ground reference plane) of the inner turn of a flat spiral primary, or the bottom turn of a cylindrical primary. Height 2 (HV end) is the height above the ground reference plane of the outer turn of a flat primary, or the height of the highest turn of a cylindrical primary coil.
Obviously, Height 1 and Height 2 will be the same value for a flat spiral.
The same convention is used to define the orientation and angle of a conical primary.
By the way, you never posted any photos of your single 803 powered VTTC, or the 16" arcs that it was going to generate. How did that turn out?
