The aforementioned have contributed financially to the continuing triumph of 4hv.org. They are deserving of my most heartfelt thanks.
Could someone please point me in the direction of a digikey part that makes a suitable GDT core for 100 - 200kHz use? Or, stated another way, if you have a GDT core that you purchased from digikey could I please have the part number? I haven't had much luck with the cores I've tried so I'd like to find a known suitable model.

I bought Digikey Part # 495-3859-ND a while back. They clearly stated that they wouldn't restock them. I was shooting for a high AL value, and these fit the bill at the time. For whatever it's worth, you can still go to Digikey and look this part number up and then download the datasheet for them there. This should give you an idea of what I found to work for me.
I run a half bridge consisting of 60N60's, using a 340vdc bus, and I run at 265khz...
in my full bridge DRSSTC running at 140kHz I have used Epcos part n. B64290L659X830 for the GDT core. It works perfectly well! I did buy it from RS Italy (part n. 2120976), however I see it is available from Digikey as part n. 495-3866-ND.
Just wondering, did you scope the waveforms with these cores and confirm they made nice square waves or did you just hook them up and hope for the best?
In the following picture you can see the waveform I obtained on the 4.7nF capacitors that simulated the IGBT gate load during a preliminary test at 167kHz, using Steve Ward's driver (version of 2005). 12 Ohm resistors with antiparallel diodes were placed on the secondaries of the GDT in series with the load capacitors.
(sorry for the poor quality, it is a scope that I built many years ago when I was 16 ...)
and this is my GDT, wound on the core I mentioned in my previous post, consisting of two parallel primary windings and four secondaries:
