Hi Killa-X, I also have tried making the zvs with identical flybacks with the thought that 2 180deg out of phase will give twice the bang but sadly no success. On the other hand my latest zvs with 4 flybacks seems to be successful 2 pair 180 out x 2. Each flyback has its own resonant frequency which goes down with spark load. If they have there own resonant frequency perhaps they are not phasing up. I noticed that your primary cap is located down by your circuit. If you make your primary a heavier gauge and put the cap right on the primary you can reduce your series resistance and increase your primary circulating current. When I set my zvs up I could get the primary 14 awg windings warm while getting a 4" arc

Thanks for the tip terravolt! I'll soon have 1uf capacitors too, right now it's a 0.68uF 0.007ohm ESR 'snubber' capacitor. I'll try moving it right on the primary so it has lower resistance. I think in my video I had around 6-7" long arcs at 40v =) I need to rewind a MOT because my variacs fuse is rated 8Amps and was extreamly hot xD plan to get a 20A eventually!
Also, when running over 40v. Is it ok to put a 12V transformer to the board, and take a 70v transformer to power the inductor, and share common ground? Improved after 40 it saturated, and wonder if it's because I'm hooking it wrong!
