I balanced some 10 awg copper wire on a breakout point of my coil, and bent the ends of the wire in opposite direction. The plasma discharge from the ends of the wire affect thrust and it spins :)
I'll upload another video I took later, showing where some massive inter-wind arcing blew out the side of my secondary during the same session :( For some reason, when I place the copper wire on the breakout point, my amp draw dramatically increases and there is more potential (apparently) across the secondary (was shorting all over the place). After I finished crying, I removed the copper prop and ran it again as a last goodbye - no secondary arcing even though it was pretty carbonized. Put the prop back, more arcing again.
