I have a used (but like new) PSU301 from Omega:

This supply is 0-32v in 10mv increments, and 0-2.4A (0-1.2A at 16v and above) in 1ma increments. This is a constant voltage supply, but when the current hits the current setting, it goes into constant current mode.

Great bench supply.

$250 + shipping, open to negotiation. Ships anywhere in the world via usps, but cont. U.S. is preferable.
