hello

i'm osama ma'mon from egypt

can any one help me to make 1 mega volt tesla coil with 5 flyback transformers power sourse

my high voltage power sypply frequency is 15 khz

There is no way you'll be able to build a 1 megavolt TC from flybacks. A 1MV requires a huge amount of power that flybacks just cannot supply. If you want 1MV, but not continuously, may I suggest a marx generator?

Why don't you spend a few minutes on google and the 4hv wiki rather than asking a very broad and likely pointless question?

Google for "DRSSTC" have a look at Steve Ward's work as well at http://www.stevehv.4hv.org/

No one is going to just come on this forum and give you step by step instructions when you are not at all specific about what you want to do. Do a bit of research, then come back here once you have a specific problem or technical question.

it's 1 Meter high 15 cm diameter with vacume spark gap
i'm now build the Secondary coil
Are there laws governing the counting laps secondary coil winding?

read up on tesla coil theory, specifically resonant circuits.

yes you can use several flybacks in parallel for a SGTC driver, this has been done before.
the main problem is that the power from even a dozen FBTs is still only a fraction of that from even a small neon sign transformer.

a little while ago I "kludged" a homemade HV supply using eight CCFL case light drivers in parallel, with a diode string on the outputs of each and a 4k7 grounding resistor from the -HV side of each winding to ground to prevent overloading.
It worked well, managed to obliterate a pin in seconds...

With all of these circuits ALWAYS ALWAYS use a "dead man's" switch in series with the power, so that if something goes wrong releasing the switch will shut it down.
Most people also include a crowbar circuit which rapidly shunts the power stored in the primary capacitor through a resistor bank if power is lost, to make things a little safer.

I have also learned the hard way to double and triple check capacitors with a known working meter before handling, even going as far as shorting them with a well insulated jump lead to be safe.. remember that 10 joules is the lower limit for "unsafe" levels of charge which can correspond to as little as 75 volts on a moderately sized capacitor.

In short, more then its worth bothering with.

try making either a ZVS driver to power the flyback, in order of 400W or above (a popular driver and yields fairly nice results)
and use a nicely sized flyback for this,

Ive found when parraleling different flybacks.. some of them like to die, and my drivers certanly complains about driving them too, I think it will be more relaible to have a single flyback, rather then a few in parralel, that bieng said, it will still provide decent current and voltage to drive the tesla circuit of a small - medium sized coil, but with flybacks, Ive personally never achived over a foot of sparks.

if possible, try to find a lower frequency, iron cored transformer, such as the mentioned NST, microwave transformers, etc.

Also, can you give us some details to what type of flybacks you have? AC? DC?

my flyback without high voltage diode
so it's give ac voltage
the output voltage in range 25 to 30 kv
