Where was this held? Did many people attend? It looks like a school.

I speak no Italian. In the picture with the tubular bulb & the caption: "Clicca sull'immagine per visualizzarla a dimensioni reali." What resulted in this distortion?

True, this Teslathon was held inside a school!

As all other previous ones, it was opened to general public (with free admission for both public and exibitors) and was connected togheter to other events (in this case, an electronic flea market with a grilled fish festival and live music taken place imediately outside of the gym)

unfortunately this teslathon was held in an area not to much populated of coilers in a moment when many people was on holidays (me too!, I was in Cuba in those days so I had to skip the event!) so only 5 coilers were able to participate.

"Clicca sull'immagine per visualizzarla a dimensioni reali."
this sentence does not describe the picture itself but it does mean "Click to view full size." smile
the tube was fused with an homemade alchol burner to demonstrate that this special kind of burner can produce a flame hot enough to be used to blowing glass; please note that the bended tube wasn't damaged and 'still able to light up!

Ahhhh... My Italian is terrible. But thank you very much. I think you can be proud of your efforts!
