All,
I live in Meadville, PA, about 10 miles from the little town of Conneaut Lake. There is an old amusement park there that has more than a hundred years of history tied up in it. Included in that is one of the fastest wooden roller coasters in the country, the Blue Streak. The park has recently reopened after a long time mothballed because of financial issues. The new owners are making a profit for the first time in a long long time, but the Blue Streak needs a lot of TLC to reopen. We're in the running for a $50,000 award from the Pepsi Refresh Project.
We're currently ranked #15, and to get the grant, we have to be in the top 10. Today and tomorrow are the last days to vote. You can either visit , sign in and vote, or you can text 100510 to the phone number 73774 (PEPSI). There is no fee for voting other than whatever your normal per-message rate from your cellular carrier is. You can vote once a day. Help us save a historic landmark, and a killer 'coaster to boot!
EDIT: You can actually vote twice per day. Once by texting, once online.

Google Voice doesn't support the use of shortcodes for texting, unfortunately. It's the same reason you can't twitter from Google Voice by texting 40404.
