Hi. I plan to build next DRSSTC this time a small - something like microBrute. I have GA200SA60 IGBT's but they unfortunately do not have bodydiodes. I have diodes - UFB200FA40P But they are have only 400V max cathode to anode voltage. I plain to supply halfbridge with 320VDC and my question is whether that diodes are good for this job or rather I have to find something with higher max cathode to anode voltage

Yes I using predikter in my previous two coils. I think my diodes are fastenough to this work. IGBTs in my two coils have 150ns diodes inside and work cool with 68kHz. I think the resonant ferq of my new coil should be at around 120kHz
