Hello!

First of all, sorry for my bad english...

I am just getting my first tesla coil ready and I have one question that I didn't find an answer.

I am planning to use 11kV 35mA NST, but my transformer doesn't have central tap so how can I use the following filter?

Hi!
Well, the 1st thing is probably: Is your NST a Iron core (10lbs++)
or a little, light solid state thing?
If it is solid state then it most likely has a GFI and can't be used.
If your Xformer is indeed Iron cored, then the 'central tap' is usually 0V
which is connected to the case/chassis and therefore grounded to mains ground.
Use that as the 'center tap'

If any of this information is inaccurate please correct me !!!

Yes they are iron cored, here's a picture...

They have one high voltage cable and three terminals, two for mains and one for high voltage ground which is also connected to chassis.

Oh, I see.
I've never seen your type of NST before to tell the truth!
Usually they look like this: http://www.blazelabs.com/pics/teslatrnx.jpg
With a + 7.5KV, -7.5KV and a central tap (Ground).
Unfortunately yours does not have one (Which you've probably realized by now!)
Through my (Very) limited knowledge, I either suggest upon a simple safety
gap, or to omit the 'Central tap' rail.

Please don't take my word for it though, Wait until a more experienced member comes along!
As my HV knowledge is limited. :)

Your transformers seem to be the kind whose HV secondary winding is
grounded at one end, instead of grounded at the midpoint.
So you can use just half of the Terry filter circuit,
after choosing the proper number of components in series
(proportional to the NST nameplate voltage or half-voltage).

If you use two transformers, as in your picture,
you can get double high voltage and a grounded center tap. smile
