Two big aluminum heat sinks need a new home. Each one is a 7 x 13" block of aluminum with fins and a few mounting holes. I used them back-to-back with a small space for a "slow fall" magnetic demonstrator. I'll take a photo if you really want.

I'll send them individually or as a pair for the price of shipping. USA only.

Cheers, Barry
Let's temporarily avoid each other's blogs, tweets, forum posts, 4squares and Facebook updates so we have something to talk about over dinner.

The heatsinks are 7" by 12" and both together weigh about ten pounds. There are mounting holes for about a half dozen power transistors. They are currently bolted together with standoffs, in which I drop a strong magnet and it falls very slowly.

(^ points to original post above)

I was looking for the price of shipping to get the dang things out of my garage, lol. The US Postal Services says that shipping in a large flat rate box is $14.50 to anywhere in the states. Their standard box can hold either one or both heatsinks for the same shipping cost.

Cheers, Barry
