I am actually using 18awg wire for the traces. It isn't pretty but it should work. I will post a pic when I am finished. BTW, these cheap radioshack boards crack pretty easily when trying to mount a heatsink... After a while of trying to be careful and make things look good, I finally gave up and just started cutting away at the board.
