Sure, but we could calculate an approximate number.
The resistivity of the human boody is about 100 million times higher then that of copper so the skin depth is about sqrt(100,000,000) times greater.
So 10,000 * 0.21 mm = 2.1 m.
Of course that's only a very approximate result.

In a non-ferrous conductor operating at a frequency where skin effect alters the bulk resistivity, does any current flow in the areas
below the skin effect depths?

For a round rod, could you demonstrate that a tubular form would have exactly the same impedance (r+j) as a solid one? If so,
is there critical mass of metal that could be removed to maintain
that constant impedance? With todays techniques perhaps there may be two or more solutions to the amount of mass to remove to maintain constant impedance, or even better, different shapes may emerge for conductors in the frequency range (which happens to be where induction heaters work at.)

Maxwell V2 art 690 Treatise on E &M mentions skin effect, in electrokinetic terms. This was years before Steinmetz's work on
hysteresis. What was driving these enquires was that problems of the track return circuit of alternating current electric railroads.
