hi.
I'm still confused how to get information about 480v Transformer Frequency is work? could anyone help to explain it. and How about used 480v Transformer, it's good for me..????

Those motor generator sets were very popular in the 1960-1970
era when dainty flakey computers were faced with raw inductrial power circuits. The idea was if you need 5 kVA to run a computer and input devices, you connected it to a alternator driven by a motor.

Kato electric units were a good example. No voltage surges could get through the inertia of the of the rotors. Nothing is idiot proof, however and a slew of system crashes was traced to cleaning staff plugging in hugh vacuum cleaners into the 'isolated ground' outlets in the data center.

Alternator driven by a motor? Forget about optoisolators, I'm going with that approach from now on! :)
