Take a look at the P8D237 on page 62 in the Roithner price list. 375nm and 3.5W of electrical power in for 230mW of optical power out. Price is not too bad either, 53 USD in single quantities.

385nm works better. You will get poor surface cure due to oxygen inhibition with 400nm. try  Best of all is a mix of wavelengths from 360 to 400 nm.
How about 6W of 385nm in a multi chip module (100W total power)
