Hey,

As I will be moving to France at the end of summer, I have decided to start giving away items, which will just end up gathering dust with the hope that they will be of use to the wonderful members of this forum. Only requisite is that you have been a relatively active member of this forum for a couple months or so.

The bricks are half-bridge modules:

Toshiba MG100Q2YS44
1200V
100A
200A Pulsed

MG100Q2YS42 datasheet ( Link2 )

They have quite "conservative" specs based on their datasheet (could only find the YS42 datasheet, so observations based on this), however based on my results with an inferior brick Link2 I could venture and say that they are possibly even good DRSSTC duty, however I make no guarantees.

First come first served, "buyer" takes care of shipping. I am currently located in Slovenia, EU.

Best Regards,
brtaman

Hey, What do you think shipping would be like to the US? If it's reasonable, I would take them.

Hey William. Myke was the one who contacted me first. You are second. Though Myke has agreed to split the batch into 2 (as was my intention in the beginning, which I forgot to mention)

I will be going to the post office with the packed boxes to inquire on shipping to the US, on monday (quite a few things came up since that post went up :/). Though I suspect it will not be cheap. In past experience shipping a 4cx250bm across the pond cost me 7EUR~10USD, it was of course much lighter and smaller than these 62mm bricks. I am going to give a ballpark estimate of ~15-20EUR for shipping though. :/ Though that remains to be seen. It will probably be worth more than the igbts themselves in the end. It was my expectation that there would be more EU interest as shipping would be much more reasonable, but I wanted to make the offer available to all 4hv members.

I will be PMing you the shipping costs as soon as I have them.

Best regards,
brtaman
