Hi all. Due to unfortunate circumstances involving a swimming pool, I have a virtually intact LG KP500 touch screen and front panel here.
The connector on the mainboard seems intact so can someone think of a use for it?
also have a spare screen from a prs600 'reader, too small for my laptop but it could be useful for general experimentation with these resistive screens. (the connector from a PS3 optics module is identical)
Shame the LCD didn't survive, oh well.
Anyone done anything with these? it appears to be a generic resistive screen so presumably measuring 4 point resistance would allow the location to be determined.
