 		Ill go measure the output current now, but the step down MOT is only putting out 186 volts. and they are both two identical 900watt MOT's

From your 220 volt single phase mains--
What is the total capacitance you are connecting, and will you be drawing a load from the rectifier/capacitor. What will the load be in volta and amps?

Also--are these old capacitors needing carefull 'reforming' before use ?
