I am looking for assorted prototyping boards for my many miscellaneous projects. I would like some at least 5"x5", but if it is a pack with smaller ones also, that is fine. Ideally some should have different 'traces', such as a few rows of 5 indexed holes connected together (electrically). For an example: Is my best bet just buying a few different boards for the different projects?
Also, would you guys suggest i did not reuse PC boards if i got a nice quality one like above? Would whatever bonding agent used to glue the copper to the FR1-4 board wear out after one solder joint?
I am also looking for some rigid copper clad board, single sided, 2 ounce is fine, but 1 ounce or even half ounce is preferred (for ease of etching, even though i am using cupric chloride). I can just get this from eBay, but i am not sure if someone has a better idea. I would like around 5, maybe 10 boards around 6"x6"-10"x10". That should last me awhile.
If you have some for sell, or know a good place to buy such a thing from, i would appreciate it. I have tried electronics goldmine prototype boards, but they are horrible quality. The copper rings fall right off. Radioshack is entirely too expensive, and i cannot seem to find any sells on eBay with an assortment.
As a side note, thanks to Nicko's PCB width calculator, it helped me calculate all the info about which copper clad boards suit my needs best! Find it under the stickied links thread under general electronics.

The bonding agent is designed to melt below the m.p. of solder so that there will be no thermally induced stress after soldering. If you don't lift the pads, they are generally good for a couple shots. Main problem is moving the part/wire before the joint is oompletely cooled.

I have a few sheets here including double sided.. pm me as i am short of money and parts for my spot welder..
also have a spare protoboard, its a bit old and bedraggled but should still work. i think it was a maplins one originally, and you can still get the copper "finger" units. its also relatively easy to change bad units unlike the other one I have.
