 		I almost thought I fooled myself, but there we are. the 10µF cap of the charge pump defines the (maximum) charge transfer per cycle so it can be dimensioned to obtain a slightly negative voltage.

add ripple filtering as needed smile you can even beef things up by adding another charge pump and subsequently merge of the diodes to a fullwave bridge:
