Looking for a leed on a small piggy here in the northeast. Dual primary bushings, 120 / 240 secondary, 14.4 KV primary, 2 - 5 KVA with PCB free oil. Portability is a factor. I would love to have one of these[http://www.specialtytransformers.com/
potential_equipment_transformers.htm], but they are expensive. Local utility said No Way, too much liability. Damn lawyers, They live just to suck the fun out of everything. Anyone?
