I have one small question regarding that:

I've done all the process and shipment confimation email arrived, with all the mess, adress, reference number, etc. but item status just says ' *** items cancelled on (request date).

Mail is pretty automatic and I don't seem to be able to figure out what went wrong.
FAQ says that i will receive cancellation confirmation mail if they don't ship to my country (wouldn't suprise me). The mail I received is shipment confirmation (but samples seem canceled)?

Does Anybody with experience know what is happening? rolleyes

I bet a newural network decided that no one from Croatia ever ordered more than 100 000 components after sampling.

My guess is the neural net was between someone's ears.
The best hope of getting data is to ask TI, of course, they might check your credentials...
I presume that you didn't try to mislead them as to the nature of your request- that would be fraud.

I order stuff from them all the time, they sometimes call after sending it and wonder what I'm doing with it. I'm just nice and tell them exactly what I'm doing with it. They did't seem to care at all I was mooching some semis. I only get exactly what I need though. I almost always get them within 48 hrs, usually sooner.

Strange thing is that I get everything like it's shipping (arrival and sent date, fedex number, adress as said before) but status of samples is cancelled.

So from the information they give me it seems impossible to guess are the samples shipping or not (aka. is that normal that their status is 'cancelled' even if everything other is fine).

I wouldn't like to be phoned from them, my live english is not that good ( ill )

well, if you have a fedex tracking number, then try tracking it. if its valid and currently in progress, then you should be fine.
