tetrode in a vttc

 		Hi,

this is my first post and i'm almost done with my 803 350 watt coil. i just need one more thing, how to wire the 803. it is a pentode but i've tied the screen grids together to make a tetrode. so my question is how do i connect the screen grid ? do i connect it to ground with a resistor, connect all the grids, or sonthing that i havent thought of yet? here is the link to the data sheet Link2 also the input is a 2kv voltage multiplier if that helps.
