E-bay item 140389372133. I purchased one, and attached pictures so you can see what it is if you are interested. Unit comes under oil. Looks to be rated at 40kv, 50 ma max for short bursts. Output is via a 55kv Alden socket. Would need a good HF driver (anyone got one to sell me cheap?) :) No relation with seller. Mike
I purchased one of these from ebay, thought it was a pretty cool item for the price, and thought other users might be interested in buying one. The seller has 3 more for sale, so I posted this here with pictures in case anyone else was interested. Sorry for the confusion.

Also, i do not think he is violating any rules. He is not selling anything, which i think was the main reason for that rule. If he is buying, the seller can hold the item until he pays, so i do not think 15 posts worth of trust is needed.
