I believe this tube was made by NEC in the late 70s, if so it's a .5-1mw tube.
Specs are:
Starting voltage 5.7Kv Supply voltage 1300-1550v Tube voltage drop 750-850v Ballast resistor 100-150K Operating current 5mA
I bought one in 1980 for my first laser :).

10 to 20 second in the microwave some time work to give it a short new life... I thing it does so by warming up the getter inside but I am not sure...
