The used equipment warehouse manager where I work has been directed to get rid of a lot of equipment and spare parts we don't have any use for. I got these two vacuum chambers for free, the blue one I used alot for degassing silicone RTV potting compound, so I had to get it (would have been taken to the scrap yard).
There's a lot of ion implanter hardware and electronics that's going to be gotten rid of, plus misc. 100mm semicon fab equipment also, so if anyone can get ahold of jeri, tell her to check her PM inbox.

As far as I know all the diffusion pumps & LN2 cold traps, are big. I don't know what condition, I don't know which will go. Some look pretty used.
The warehouse guy doesn't want to spend a lot of time futzing around, some stuff goes to the scrap yard, intact equipment may be listed on bidservice, electronics subsystems may be listed on E-bay with a requirement that it be picked up by the buyer, no seller shipping (heavy). My impression is that this will be a drawn-out process since the warehouse guy is also our ion implant Equipment Engineer, and is up to his eyeballs in projects. I may post on another forum when something particularly interesting becomes available.
