I seem to have gone through the 10 or so mosfets i had, due to a UCC shorting in my class E sstc, and the mosfet got around 20 joules shorted through D-S.
What i am looking for is something like IRFP460's. I would like to find some 600 volt mosfets so i can use 120v into the class E sstc and use a bit less current by using more primary turns, so i can finally box it up. 10-20 amps is good.
The lower the gate charge the better, but i am not too worried about this. I do not care about output capacitance.
I am looking to score about 20 mosfets, but i will buy any amount if the shipping does not make it pointless. I remember when i could buy 20 irfp460's for 10 dollars from eBay. That was always great.
