 		I got a PM about my PIC based DRSSTC interrupter, so I thought I should post it here so everyone can benefit. I'll post some better documentation soon, but you can see a picture and some info on it here.

I've attached the source code and a pre-compiled hex file for PIC16F819. It's just a little too big to fit in 16F818.

 		I'd add a diode from output to input on the regulator for protection (so when you switch off 9V the 33uF doesn't discharge back through the regulator)

Also, probably put some filter caps on your vsense and An inputs.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I've never seen a diode across a regulator like that, did you experience problems with regulators failing due to backflow of current?

I'm not too worried about ADC input filtering, it averages 64 samples so noise is removed pretty well.

The frequency range is about 9Hz to 700Hz, and the pulse width range is about 13uS to 400uS
