 		HGT1N40N60A4D is no longer available in Fairchild Semiconductor. Does anyone know if there are some stock left in somewhere? What can be the replacement?
I am going to build a Mini Brute DRSSTC.

fun fact- Dan's minibrute has become so popular that the datasheet hosted on his site comes before Fairchilds in a google search.
