There have been so many requests for schematics, concepts, "how did you do it"" - sorts of things that I would be happy* to spend the time setting up a small area where those with everything from material drawn on napkins to quality, professional material could be available for those who want a starting place - instead of asking for something which is actually NOT appropriate re: the rules of the Forum. A schematic library would also cut the "go no-where" threads and provide a teaching tool for those who just need a starting point, but most importantly maintain a archive of some very important efforts that may get lost otherwise.
* .......I'm Not saying that I would not love help.....I just think that I may have a lot of material ready to go.

I think its a good idea, and there are a number of more generalized schematic repositories out there. The only real problem I could see with it would be intellectual property.
Many schematics are in whole or in part, designed by someone who wishes to exercise some degree of IP control over their material. Simply taking an existing circuit and changing the board layout while leaving the function and design of the schematic untouched could lead to some unpleasant conversations for the forum administrators. We would need to have some way of assuring that proper permission had been granted to reproduce the schematic, and that would be tough to do.
If you have ideas on how to address that, We could probably integrate something like this into the wiki pretty easily.
